الوكيل العام للملك.. ترشيد الاعتقال الاحتياطي ضمن أولويات العمل القضائي

text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #333333;">&nbsp;وأوضح في كلمة تمحورت حول حصيلة الأنشطة برسم السنة القضائية 2021 ، أن مجموع المعتقلين الاحتياطيين بهذه الدائرة القضائية بلغ 12 ألف و468 شخصا، أي ما نسبته 20.86 في المائة من مجموع الأشخاص المقدمين المشتبه فيهم .</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm; وفي معرض حديثه عن حصيلة السنة الماضية، ذكر الوكيل العام للملك أن مجموع الرائج لدى مكتب الضبط بمختلف المحاكم بالدائرة القضائية بلغ 51 ألف و659 ، وكذلك 70 ألفا و106 مراسلات أنجز منها 69 ألف و270 مراسلة (98.80 في المائة).</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm; وفي المجال الزجري، بلغ عدد الشكايات المسجلة بمختلف محاكم الدائرة القضائية 54 ألف و 873 خلال سنة 2021 ، ومجموع الرائج 70 ألف و 893 شكاية أنجز منها 45 ألف و 893 ، أي بنسبة 63.62 في المائة، مقابل 42 ألف و 257 سنة 2020 .</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm; من جهة أخرى، سجل أن مجموع الرائج بالغرفتين الابتدائية والاستئنافية بلغ 5687 قضية، حكم منها 2591 ، أي بنسبة 45.56 في المائة ، فيما بلغ مجموع الرائج في الغرفة الجنحية 2433 حكم منها 2429 ،وبلغت نسبة الإنجاز 99.83 في المائة.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm; وبالنسبة للقضايا المرتبطة بالإرهاب ، أبرز السيد راجي أن عدد المحاضر المسجلة خلال سنة 2021بلغ 73 محضرا (ناقص 29.12 في المائة) قدم بموجبها أمام النيابة العامة 103 شخصا، فيما سجل سنة 2020 ، 103 محضرا ، قدم بموجبها 145 شخصا.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm;
